(d) Any cause of action or claim You may have with respect to the Us, this Agreement, and/or the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred, (e) In any legal action or proceeding between Us and You, We shall be entitled to recover from You Our reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and expenses, in the event that We prevail. 18. Complete Agreement. (a) Except as expressly provided elsewhere on the Service, these terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Us with respect to the use of the Service and any software and content contained therein.
